Purpose: Plan a flying day of up to five legs. Pick the time you want to plan around (wheels up, an arrival, or leaving home) and enter it, then each leg's airports, ETE and fuel. The schedule works out every clock time, from leaving home to arriving final destination.
Airports, ETEs and fuel are yours to enter, or use the ForeFlight button below.
The time you plan around is the one you type in (marked start here); every other time works out from it. Switching doesn't move the schedule.
Opens Claude in a new window; give it your airports and times. Claude runs each leg through ForeFlight and sends back a link; tap it to open the new day here with ETE and fuel filled in. Needs a Claude account and the ForeFlight Mobile connector (any individual ForeFlight plan: Starter, Essential or Premium).
Underlined fields are yours to fill in; shaded times are calculated. Enter times as h:mm, or digits only (130 = 1:30, 45 = 0:45). Each airport's times are local there; where an airport's clock differs from airport 1's (the date sets daylight saving), airport 1's time follows in parentheses. The right-hand column holds notes: route for each leg, anything else for a stop.
Plan totals add up every leg, including pattern/approach time. Enter your actual tach time (hours, tenths) and fuel (gallons) at the end of the day.
Save this schedule under a name and load it later. Turn on sync to keep the same list on all your devices.
Turning on sync gives you a code. Enter it once on each of your other devices, and they all keep one list. Anyone with the code can see these saves, so treat it like a password.
Print opens your print dialog; choose Save as PDF there if you want a file. On iPhone and iPad it makes a PDF and opens the share sheet, where you can pick Print or Save to Files. Copy schedule link makes an address that reopens this exact schedule on any device.
Planning aid only. Check every time and fuel figure against your own flight planning. Weather links open third-party sites; not every airport reports weather.
